This is my first blog ever. I hope this goes well. This is my first attempt at ftping this blog to my site. Wish me luck.
This is really starting to come together. I am getting pretty excited. Witold will be proud. I hope.
OK, it seems this thing now looking slightly better than horrible. I am getting tired. I think I’ll call it a night. Pretty soon, I’ll make some more meaningful posts.
I seem to be having some trouble here in the last few minutes of blogging. I figured it was going too smoothly. Trying to fix…
It is very late now. I got suddenly inspired and did some new stuff. Obviously I finished this blog display template. I think it is good for now. Then I fixed some resume display issues. It should be good on most browsers now. I also added a new pixel person of myself (with a new […]
Witold has some kind words for me this morning regarding the pixel people. That’s good news. He is happy with my ultra small rendition of him and his Leica Minilux. I am happy.
This guy I was gonna build a cd-rom with this month called because the project got killed. I was looking forward to making […]
Made a mistake here. But I’ll take this opportunity to officially welcome you to the links section of the site. They’ll be more links every day. Right now it’s a little small.
OK, so last week after hearing noises in the attic, I went up to investigate whether or not we were being burglarized, or if a creature (of substantial size) had found itself a new home. It turned out to be the latter. An enormous squirrel has built a nest in my attic were he is […]
I’ve been a bad blogger. No entries in a long while. The squirrel is still in the attic. We put a new trap up there - “state-of-the-art.” We’ll see. He’s a smart little bugger.
I added some more pixel people to the people you know section that are pretty cool. I have a few more planned […]
It’s really late. I have been up watching hours of video footage of Sept. 11th attacks. The CBS / Robert Deniro documentary was incredible. I was disappointed by Deniro though. The guy didn’t even take the time to memorize the damn narration, and it was all of 25 lines. He read them without emotion like […]
Witold wrote me a little private message requesting a followup to the squirrel story. I am prepared to offer one, even though I still have not slept tonight.
Cavuto is his given name. He’s a giant-headed, giant-brained, attic-dwelling squirrel. He outsmarted us for a week, but now he is my captive. That is correct. Cavuto has […]
Andreas, the exterminator just took the cage with Cavuto, the squirrel, away. He says he’s taking it to Long Island and letting it go in the woods, so he won’t find his way back. I hope he’s telling the truth. I got a little attached to the cute giant-headed guy. Godspeed Cavuto!
WOW! Sony does it again. Completely redefines a consumer electronic device. Look at this new Palm OS CLIE:
Japanese - CLIE club with many picts
English - cliesource.com with full tech spec.
Damn! That’s what a PDA should be. Add a built in cell phone, and there is a life changing device.
Speaking of life changing device…The iPod changed […]
I am up VERY late yet again(check the post time). I went out and got a little buzz on tonight. Now I am working on the site. Probably a mistake of some sort. My sister baked cookies (no pot) at 2 am this morning. I ate too many of them. I think I might try […]
Have you seen the world’s smallest digital camera? SMaL Camera Technologies just partnered with FujiFilm and will be producing this credit-card size camera for Japan and soon for US distribution. It’s only 640×480 resolution, but it can easily fit in your shirt pocket. They show the sugg. retail price as only $149.00. It can’t be. […]
The Official Ninja Homepage: REAL Ultimate Power!!!!!!!!! is the funniest, greatest website I have ever seen. It is totally cool; and by cool, I mean totally sweet.
Alexander: The Sands of Ammon is finally out. I read the first in this series of three, Alexander: Child of a Dream, a few months ago, and have been eagery anticipating the translation and publishing of this second book. Oh my god… what a fantastic book. I am about halfway through. This series is incredible. […]
I finished Alexander, The Sands of Ammon, last night. Unbelievable novel. I can’t wait for the 3rd book. I have decided to name my first born son Alexander. This was a difficult decision because I recently decided on another name of significance: Wagner Dodge. If you are unfamiliar with the story of the heroic smokejumper, […]
sometimes fried chicken tastes like armpit. but only when it has been placed in an armpit for a really long period of time. i often wonder how this is possible because of the intense burning sensation i feel every time i try it.
I remember that my mechanical engineering friend and roommate in college built a fantastic potato gun. (Carl - if you read this, email me. Haven’t heard from you in a long time…) It was made of simple hardware store parts - pvc, some pvc glue, and a barbeque ignitor. See the best site here. A […]
Funny and true:
Good friends of my family have a 4 year old daughter who is adorable. One night, a few weeks back, I was over their house watching a boxing on HBO. She seemed to really like me, and kept bothering me to play the whole time. After a while, she started trying to speak […]
Some guys put together this fanastic lightweight 200Mhz computer out of old parts and spray-on polyurethane foam. It’s really a must see…Neuhausplatz 200NC, “look ma, no case”
These are the world’s smallest remote (IR) controlled cars - Digi Q – Micro IR remote-controlled miniature cars. It’s pretty fantastic. I think I want one. Only $75 or something. Also check out these, slightly larger, but equally cool radio controlled cars here - Bit Char-G
LEVERS is a super clever Flash game from vectorpark. It is seriously the most fun web toy I have ever played with.
