I have been focusing much more on taking and editing photos than ever before. I am now even considering bumping up the presence and importance of photos here. I am thinking about a group photo blog too, where all authors can upload photos. I will also be turning comments on for photos soon. I would like some more direct feedback.
Well, in any case, for now, I hope you are enjoying some of my photos. I hope they are getting gradually better. There are some new ones there today.
Oh yeah, I’ll be slowing down the photos for the immediate few days or so because I BROKE MY PENTAX OPTIO S this weekend. Yeah, that’s right, my clever, tiny, altoids camera is now no more. It is under warranty, so I’ll be bringing it to an authorized Pentax repair shop tomorrow. I don’t know how long it will take to fix. I’ll be switching back the Lomo for the immediate future.

Seriously Wit, I bumped the tip of the lens on the door of a limo ai was getting out of this weekend. I was part of a wedding bridal party, and yes, I was hammered. But really, it was not a hard bump. The little camera no longer turns on and the lens is now permanently extended. I think I destoyed some of the complex internal lens sliding mechanism. It is scary how delicate these things can be…

remember the 300mm lens i got for the praktina? This thing might not fit into any altoids boxes, but it can crush them and smash them and probably just break limousine windows.
