Your link leads to the Guiness website where you have to verify your age. Then you find an article with a small window for a commercial about getting together with friends after work to drink a pint.

I just went to the link and it seems fine. It played the commercial with the two gentlemen characters having a conversation. If you get the page where you have to enter some information, right after you do, it should bring you to the page I was referring to.
