Another good friend of mine and former instructor is one of the owners of Five Points Gym on Broadway and Grand. They often sponsor and organize championship kickboxing nights in Manhattan. It’s generally very affordable, and very, very good. The fights are fast and furious, the crowds are small and under control, and the beer is cold. All in all, a great night of fighting. There’s one coming up that I’ll be going to on February 4th. Tickets are $30 for General Admin, and $50 for ringside. Good deal. You should seriously go. I will be there. Here are the details:
