danger in NYC
Bryan “Danger” Murphy, once again, thinks of the coolest, funniest thing, ever. Not only did this guy write the best farewell letter ever when he quit his job, but then he also went ahead and got mugged with a tree branch. Now, he came up with a little game that you all can help him with.
On July 22nd, Bryan (with a “y”) will be walking around Manhattan as he normally does. Only this time, if you come up to him and tell him that you “found” him before anyone else does, you get a brand new laptop from Dell. And if you’re second, you get an MP3 player. And if you’re 3rd, you get a salami.
You see, Bryan thought that Yahoo! might want to promote his little idea on their local news page. Instead, they loved the idea so much, they gave him a laptop and MP3 player to give away. They also are donating a camera to film the whole thing, and have implied they can reposition a mapping satellite to try to get some area shots from space. It’s all pretty hard to believe, but for Bryan, his stunning good looks and witty charm go a long way…
I have tried to get him hooked up with our friend Chuck’s little startup Mologogo, the little company that you may have heard of, that lets you track your GPS coordinates using any GPS enabled Nextel phone, live on their website. Actually, even if you care at all about Danger, you should see this.
Well, I wish Bryan all the luck in the world with his little promotion. I am just sorry I’m on the other side of the planet and can’t ruin it participate in it.

just to avoid any confusion – the mp3 player goes to the LAST person to find me before 5 pm – and, you can get a salami if you ask simply me for one and i have any left.
perhaps there are some dubai royalty you can convince to fly out and get in on the action? sort of like viggo mortensen and the horse in the movie hildago, but in reverse.
