No it isn't. A few months ago some idiot put up a racist display in front of a school and got his ass kicked for the trouble. He deserved it but the student that attacked him were sent to trial. There were marches speeches and a buncha protests over the fact that one of the kids that could have been tried as a juvenile wasn't. He wasn't because of a criminal record. Of the 3 that could have been tried as a juvenile he was the only one with a record and it was a little more than a parkiing ticket yet they protested and had the decision reversed.
