nature photos
Just completely by chance, I received or stumbled upon a bunch of crazy nature photos today. I thought I’d share the best ones.
This first one comes from an email from my friend Jay. It’s a scan from “Africa Geographic” from 2005. Check out this madness. If I were in the canoe, basically the photo would look like a little dot of me in the distance and a mile long stream of crap propelling me at high velocity. Click the image for a larger view.

The next one is awesome. Saw it on DIGG this morning, from Victor Oliveira’s Flickr account. It’s titled, “Turn off the light, babe.” Awesome.
OK, and now the last one is a shot of a dolphin frolicking with a humpback whale. The photographer says, “The dolphin was lying on a humpback whale’s head while it was slowly swimming along. Looking through my camera lens the stunt appeared to be orchestrated by mutual “agreement.” The whale very slowly—and vertically—lifted the dolphin into the air.” Crazy. I forgot where I found this one, sorry.
