They did a pretty good job, though. If they shot the car on the ground, they knew to make the suspension fully extend down from the car, which is often times forgotten.
Yes, it’s a hoax. Ford made it as a viral video. You’ll find a “News3″ report on youtube that confirms they brought in a crane to lift the car, then edited the video to hid it. It would take many times more helium baloons to lift a car, even with the engine and interior pulled out. Think: blimp.
