If you aren’t familiar with RickRolling or BarackRolling, you should read up and watch a few YouTube videos. This new gem of McCain on stage with Barack Obama “performing” Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up” is a mashup of mashup and demonstrates extreme talent and comedy. But mostly it is just a great example of why you should never, ever, ever appear on video in front of a blue or green background.
In case you also aren’t familiar, John McCain gave his RNC acceptance speech in front of a giant green screen so that video could be super imposed behind him. In one segment, his crack team of researchers and Googlers put up a backdrop of Walter Reed Middle School INSTEAD of Walter Reed Medical Center. Retards. Ah, technology, making the world a better place, one ridiculous fuck up at a time.
