I hate advertising, but sometimes somebody gets it right. T-Mobile pulled off a beautiful guerrilla campaign in Liverpool St. station in London at 11am on January 15th. They hired some dancers and choreographed something fun. Watch what happened below. Genius.

I can definitely appreciate the choreography and the logistics that went into an effort of this magnitude, but there was a time when great guerilla advertising was actually relevant to the product or service it was selling. Other than a surprising attempt to get people’s attention, I just don’t see the connection with phone service or ‘sharing’. Nike painting a swoosh at the base of an escalator with the words “TAKE THE STAIRS”… now that’s good guerilla.
