human tetris

Everybody keeps sending me this link telling me they can’t stop laughing. I’m sure you’ve all seen it by now, but this Japanese gameshow requires people to contort themselves into Tetris-like shapes in order to avoid physical injury. It rarely works out, but it is absolutely brilliant to watch. I love Japanese gameshows.

bobcat choked

An apparently tough guy from Tampa Bay got attached by a rabid bobcat in his backyard, so he did what any self respecting balls-of-steel man would do. He choked it to death, carried it to his neighbors back door, and tossed onto the patio.

I repeat. Balls. Of. Steel.

bizarro poncherello

Officer K. Madhavankutty, aka “McNutty,” is India’s top highway patrol cop on the popular Indian cop-drama hIpS (highway India patrol), basically reprising the role of our very own Officer Frank “Ponch” Poncherello from my childhood favorite, CHiPs. britain’s got talent

Britain’s Got Talent is Simon Cowell and company’s American Idol for Britain. Of course, “British” Idol would have been a good name, but this show bills itself as “any age, any talent” so I guess it is a bit different. In any case, the face below is Simon Cowell in stunned silence.

Wanna know why? Well […]

flip and scoot

My good friends in LA, Kevin Linehan and Matt Corboy, are actors, alcoholics, and funny bastards. They recently put together the first of what will be a series of hilarious shorts following the adventures of Flip and Scoot, two lazy, useless, trust fund babies forced to get jobs. The first Yes Men: The Chronicles of […]

6 in 7

Catch up on 6 seasons of Sopranos in 7 minutes before you start watching the new season. I know this is a bit late. I forgot to post it a few weeks ago. It is absolutely genius. This is remix/edit culture at its best. Funny, well written, concise, and brilliant.

vorenus and pullo

I just finished watching episode 10 of season 2 of HBO’s Rome. I didn’t know it would be the season finale (I assume it WAS the season finale by everything that happened.) and I didn’t know the show had been cancelled. Fantastic end to a fantastic show, really. Afterwards I did some searching around for […]

tracy morgan’s loaf of bread

Tracy Morgan, comedian from Saturday Night Live and 30 Rock, did a little ABC morning show in NY, completely out of his mind. Seriously funny video. This guy is nuts.
